Ultimate Guitar Method Grades
Our main focus is structured learning through The Ultimate Guitar Method, which breaks down the guitar journey in grades, called Steps.
There are two editions, with Steps designed for different age groups.
Junior (ages 3-12) – Steps A, B, C, D, E
Senior (ages 13+) – Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
Even if you’ve learnt guitar before, it’s often best to start at the very beginning to ensure you don’t miss anything.
Jam Sessions & Workshops
One of the best ways we can help our students is at our jam sessions
and workshops.
Jam Sessions – These run at 10am every Saturday during term. They’re about practicing songs and jamming together.
Workshops – These are short, intensive sessions that focus on teaching a particular aspect or topic. They run during term holidays at our studio.
How To Use Google Docs For Guitar
We use Google Docs for our lesson materials. Unlike books, they can’t be forgotten or lost.

Convert Any Lesson To Online
We regularly run lessons in-persona and also online. In fact in most situations, you can have any lesson online. So if you’re running late, have a busy week, or just want to save petrol – let us know and we can organise your lesson to be online.

Guitars sometimes need maintenance. We have a number of instructional videos on our site that will help you tune, restring, and adjust the “setup”
of your guitar.
